We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Enterprise Application Implementation team, focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX). This role is ideal for a project management professional with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a solid understanding of industry-standard business processes, solution best practices, and implementation methodologies.

As a Project Manager in our Oracle Consulting team, you will lead and deliver technology-driven projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Applications for our clients. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery—on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You will enforce Oracle best practices, methodologies, and industry standards, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation process. Additionally, you will be accountable for operational and financial metrics, maintaining project and portfolio profitability, and driving high-quality delivery while enhancing customer satisfaction and referenceability.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, scheduling, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with Oracle best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Oversee budget control, risk management, and financial performance to maintain project and portfolio profitability.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks that may impact project success.
  • Maintain strong client engagement, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Provide mentorship and domain expertise to project teams, ensuring high-quality project execution.
  • Support the sales process by reviewing solutions, deal structures, and staffing to optimize practice margins.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction while balancing profitability across projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enforce operational policies and drive portfolio performance in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, maintaining consistent project and portfolio execution to support business objectives.
  • Provide portfolio oversight, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial health, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities
Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise application implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to apply project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity.
  • Experience working in a matrix management environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build executive-level relationships and effectively influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-organizational teams and strong business writing abilities for effective documentation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative project management skills, including financial and performance metrics analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and expertise in Jira.
  • Deep experience in risk management and the development, implementation, and execution of high-complexity Portfolio, Program, and Project Management processes.
  • Experience with forecasting, analysis, and cost/staffing optimization to support both project and P&L objectives.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • PMP accreditation or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Scrum Master Certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills, with a professional, adaptable, and diplomatic approach.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required; basic Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Sales skills are preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
