Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product and Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of product and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning product vision with marketing strategies to maximize market impact and drive business growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and trend research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch.
  • Collaborate with development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Establish success metrics and provide regular reports to track progress.

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Engineering, or related fields.
  • English - Mandatory
  • Proven experience in product management and marketing, preferably in a related sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and project management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of market analysis and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in launching innovative or disruptive products.
  • Experience working in international markets or with multicultural teams.
  • More than 5 years experience in PM position
