Founded in 2014, we initially launched the Scorp app but have since shifted our focus to developing mobile applications centered around social media and live streaming. Our apps are active in 182 countries, with one app reaching 600,000 daily active users and another engaging 400,000. In 2023 alone, we gained over 150 million new registered users, supporting more than 25 languages.

We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on influencer partnerships, supporting campaign execution, and analyzing digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to agencies, streamers, and partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Lead new agency and streamer recruitment, identifying growth opportunities and onboarding potential partners.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and suggest improvements.
  • Support influencer and media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with international teams, contributing to global marketing strategies and localized execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Brazil market with a solid understanding of regional trends and audience behavior.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and paid media campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with influencer or media agencies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; basic English proficiency is sufficient to communicate with international teams.
