Team Overview

Responsible for driving user growth and conversion by analyzing data and running experiments across the entire user journey, from acquisition to retention.

Role Responsibilities
    • Data Analysis & Optimization: Own and optimize key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates) through data analysis, experimentation, and strategy iteration, regularly output analysis reports.
    • User Strategy & Execution: Design and execute integrated growth campaigns and user initiatives—including promotions, referral, and communications.
    • User Segment & Operation: Develop and implement user segmentation strategies; create tailored approaches for different cohorts to improve conversion and loyalty.
    • Market & User Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and perform user research to identify new growth opportunities.
Role Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of user operation experience; experience in business analysis, or related fields is preferred. 
  • Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data-sensitive with basic data analysis skills. 
  • Honest, good at communication and collaboration, self-motivated. 
  • Proficient in English as a working language. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in international business.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to be assigned overseas.
