A vaga é somente para quem mora em Caxias do Sul.
O SRD irá fazer ligações, enviar e-mail, utilizar CRM para se comunicar com potenciais clientes, também irá qualificar os leads durante esses contatos. O SDR precisa estar disposto a entender as dificuldades dos leads, contornar objeções e ofertar os serviços da Horo que resolvem estes problemas.
Precisa:
- Gostar de falar com pessoas;
- Ter boa comunicação oral, escrita e escuta ativa;
- Ter persistência e otimismo;
- Muita vontade de aprender e ser aberto a feedbacks;
- Ter garra para trabalhar com resiliência e proatividade.
- Ser movido por metas e desafios;
- Possuir disciplina, foco, organização.
É um diferencial:
- Ter experiência em vendas, pré-vendas ou relacionamento com clientes;
- Conhecimento de funil de vendas, ferramenta de automação de fluxo (CRM);
