Projetar processos, políticas, soluções e arquiteturas de integração.

Trabalhar em conjunto com clientes e times internos para entender requisitos e transformá-los em soluções robustas.

Desenvolver, testar e implantar componentes de integração em Java, garantindo escalabilidade e manutenção.

Otimizar e manter a infraestrutura de integração.

Realizar troubleshooting, análise de causa raiz e propor soluções eficazes.

Automatizar deploys e operações usando serviços da AWS.

Elaborar documentação técnica e especificações.

O profissional integrará o time de Backbone Infrastructure, responsável pelos ambientes de infraestrutura. A equipe atua em desafios simples e complexos relacionados a ambientes próprios e de terceiros, bem como em ferramentas de orquestração, segurança e eficiência de custos.

Essa posição é fundamental para a implementação e manutenção de ambientes de integração altamente disponíveis, escaláveis e resilientes, além de boas práticas. O foco é contínuo em disponibilidade, escalabilidade e excelência de serviço, exigindo colaboração próxima com diferentes times internos.

O Engenheiro de Integrações de Infraestrutura participa da definição da arquitetura e governança, passando por todo o ciclo: identificação das melhores soluções, discussões com times de Segurança e Risco, realização de Provas de Conceito, implementação das tecnologias/softwares escolhidos, testes e documentação.

* Habilidades técnicas obrigatórias

Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Domínio em linguagens de script de alto nível (Python, Go, Bash).

Experiência com IBM MQ e IBM Connect:Direct (IBM CD) ou soluções de transferência de arquivos em ambientes corporativos.

Conhecimento comprovado em integração via APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) e protocolos de segurança relacionados.

Habilidade em desenvolvimento orientado a objetos (Java, .NET, etc.), com vivência em soluções de middleware e backend.

Sólida compreensão de conceitos de infraestrutura (rede, segurança, servidores, virtualização).

Experiência com containers e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes).

Vivência prática em serviços AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

Capacidade de troubleshooting e debugging em fluxos complexos de integração.

Experiência em deploy e configuração de aplicações em nuvem.

Conhecimento em monitoramento (Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK, Alert Manager, APIs, etc.).

Vivência em ajustes de performance, DevOps e CI/CD.

Boas habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, explicando conceitos técnicos a diferentes públicos.

Cultura de segurança na criação de soluções.

Experiência em sistemas de alta disponibilidade e escalabilidade em produção.

Vivência em times globais e atendimento remoto.

Inglês (diferencial).

Conhecimento em métodos ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban).
