About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a structured, analytical, and communicative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and interacting with internal teams, customers, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities include:


• Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring accurate control of open items;


• Monitor outstanding and upcoming receivables, following up on due and overdue invoices;


• Perform active collection activities with customers, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach;


• Reconcile customer payments and investigate discrepancies;


• Analyze delinquency levels and propose risk mitigation actions;


• Perform credit analysis for customers, including evaluation of credit limits, payment terms, and conditions;


• Manage and monitor credit insurance, including policies, insured limits, late payment notifications, and claims;


• Act as an interface with Sales, Accounting, and Credit Insurance providers;


• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to accounts receivable and credit risk;


• Support monthly closings and participate in internal and external audits.

Key Skills for Success:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;


• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Analysis;


• Solid knowledge of credit analysis, credit policies, and risk management;


• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;


• Experience working with ERP systems (TOTVS/Protheus or Business Central is a plus);


• Strong analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile;


• Clear communication skills and a proactive, questioning mindset.
