BotCity has been widely recognized for its excellence in Automation Experience in the RPA and Automation industry. As part of this team, the **Finance Analys**t will be responsible for support data driven decisions through financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Realize accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Manage accounts receivable, monitor reports and follow up on payments
- Manage customer invoicing in accordance with contracts
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and support month end and year end closing processes.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision making
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve billing or payment issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations
- Assist in budget and forecast processes
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
- Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack.
- Experience with Omie and Vindi
- Strong Attention to detail and excellent organizacional skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- English - Advanced
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment or technology companies.
- Prior experience in a SAAS companies
