ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Portuguese, English) Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will support department heads in managing the exposure calendar for campaign banners, main projects, social media (instagram) and pushes. It will also be expected to act as a connection between China merchandising team and Brasil to ensure effective communication within and across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendar (in-app and Instagram);
- Develop briefing for banners and landing pages design;
- Approve banners design;
- Update and analyze performance reports (banners, pushes and instagram);
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree. Preference given to majors such as Business Administration, Marketing and other related courses;
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
- Any experience in merchandise and commercial support or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
