Global Product Managers Feed Additives

Vilomix is a leading international provider of animal nutrition solutions. We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Global Product Managers to drive our feed additive portfolio, with one role focused on gut health and the other on mycotoxins. These positions form part of our newly established Global Animal Nutrition team.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in animal nutrition, deep expertise in gut health and/or mycotoxins, and a proven track record in product management. The roles require strong strategic business acumen combined with hands‑on execution.
As Global Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and enabling our local technical and commercial teams to effectively position and successfully sell our feed additive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management and Development
- Lead with vision: Understand market trends and customer needs to motivate and guide our sales and technical teams toward growth.
- Own the portfolio: Identify gaps and take practical steps to strengthen our product offering—developing and maintaining PDS, MSDS, labels, and compliance documentation.
- Drive innovation: Initiate and manage co-development projects with key suppliers to bring new, value-adding solutions to market.
- Collaborate with our Specie Nutrition Leads (Poultry, Swine, Ruminants) to identify and develop new products that address market needs and trends.
- Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, marketing, sales, procurement, production and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch
Market Growth, Customer interaction and Sales Support
- Work closely with our international technical and sales teams to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Develop and execute campaigns with our marketing team to promote feed additive products.
- Provide technical support and training to our international technical and sales team and customers.
- Conduct feeding trials with research institutes, suppliers and customers
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to feed additive products.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.
- Participation in scientific and professional events, including presentations and forums

Your profile
- Master's in animal science, Agriculture, or related field.
- Proven track record in product management in an international setting (minimum 5 years)—ideally in the feed additive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the mycotoxins or gut health product category and application in feed.
- Business oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
- Based in Europe, preferably in the proximity of one of our locations (eg. Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Spain)
