Summary

Apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais do departamento de Faciliities, contribuindo para a organização e manutenção do ambiente corporativo, ao mesmo tempo em que desenvolve conhecimentos práticos na área.

Job Responsibilities

  • Suporte administrativo geral para o departamento
  • Preencher ordens de serviço, planilhas, controle de faturas e outros
  • Suportar no processo de requisição de lançamento contábil e notas fiscais
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios técnicos, projetos em andamento e outras atividades relevantes sob supervisão.
  • Auxiliar na medição de processos e fornecedores
  • Suportar no processo de compras de materiais

Required Qualifications

Education: Cursando Bacharelado em Administração

Experience: Desejável experiência prévia como Jovem Aprendiz

Skills and Abilities:

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Proatividade e disposição para aprender
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática (pacote Office, e-mails, etc.)
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplas tarefas
  • Facilidade para seguir processos e rotinas
  • Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade
  • Desejável nível intermediário de inglês
  • Interesse em se desenvolver a aprender
