Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Logistics Assistant
to support our projects in oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end logistical coordination for offshore and onshore personnel, including travel arrangements, rotation schedules, and documentation requirements. Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken—are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel logistics for project personnel, including
    flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation
    .
  • Manage
    visa applications
    , work permits, and other travel-related documentation in compliance with international requirements.
  • Maintain and update
    rotation and crew change schedules
    , ensuring accuracy and timely communication with project teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and travel agencies to guarantee efficient logistics support.
  • Monitor costs and ensure travel arrangements are within company policies and budget.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and logs related to travel and mobilization.
  • Provide on-call support during crew changes or urgent travel needs when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in
    logistics
    ,
    travel coordination
    , or
    crew management
    , preferably in the
    oil & gas industry
    .
  • Fluency in English
    , both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
