This role combines professional support with a people-focused lifestyle. As the Personal Assistant to a global entrepreneur, you'll manage both day-to-day tasks and social activities, helping to keep things organized while also creating meaningful experiences. From coordinating schedules and travel to hosting small gatherings or supporting media projects, you'll be an essential part of ensuring balance between business, personal, and creative commitments.
This is a role for someone who is practical and dependable, yet enjoys being social and connecting with others. It's not a traditional 9–5 job — some days will be about logistics, others about events, and many will involve both. Requirements- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and bookings
- Support content and personal brand activities (coordination with editors, photographers, stylists)
- Attend events, dinners, and gatherings alongside the founder, acting as a friendly and professional representative
- Help organize social events such as rooftop yoga, dinners, and biweekly gatherings
- Build and maintain connections in social settings, extending invitations and following up with contacts
- Act as a cultural interpreter and support in international contexts
- Coordinate photo shoots and creative media projects
- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and personal requirements
- Keep details running smoothly during events (e.g., managing phone or schedules so the founder can stay present)
