Job Description
The Lincoln Group has partnered with a company, in search of a Part Time Front Office Assistant join their team in Santa Maria, CA
Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.- Answer and direct phone calls; manage correspondence via email and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role preferred.
-Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
