Responsabilidades

• Gerar ideias e conceitos claros em conjunto com a pessoa redatora;
• Compreender iniciativas de marketing, posicionamento estratégico e público-alvo;
• Produzir esboços, storyboards e roughs para visualização de ideias;
• Cooperar com o restante da equipe criativa em diferentes tipos de mídia;
• Levar o trabalho do conceito à execução final dentro dos prazos;
• Gerenciar e delegar responsabilidades para outras pessoas designers, fornecendo orientações;
• Apresentar ideias concluídas para clientes e membros da equipe;
• Atualizar-se com as tendências e melhores práticas;

Requisitos

• Experiência comprovada como pessoa Diretora de Art;
• Uso especializado de InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator ou outras ferramentas de design visual e wireframing;
• Habilidades demonstráveis em design gráfico com um portfólio forte;
• Capacidade de incorporar feedback e seguir/fornecer orientações com eficácia;
• Perfil de trabalho em equipe, com fortes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação.
