About the position
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to join our RevOps team. As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will support the daily operations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, helping to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and business intelligence across the Go-to-Market organization.
As a RevOps Intern, you will work closely with the team on CRM management, Deal Desk operations, and automation of recurring tasks, supporting the execution of our commercial strategy and contributing to the scalability of our revenue engine.

Your Impact
- Support the Deal Desk process, ensuring accuracy and compliance of commercial proposals and service orders;
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales approvals, following up with internal approvers and helping sales teams complete their proposals;
- Maintain and update CRM data (companies, contacts, opportunities) and help ensure data quality and consistency;
- Assist in report creation and dashboards in collaboration with the RevOps team;
- Help configure automations, fields, and workflows in HubSpot (or other CRM tools) under supervision;
- Participate in initiatives to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes;
- Contribute to the documentation of internal processes and playbooks;
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance) to ensure the correct execution of GTM processes.
What You'll Bring
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities;
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data handling;
- Interest in technology, data, or SaaS business models;
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing).
Bonus Points
- Previous experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.);
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing processes;
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar);
- Experience in student organizations, innovation hubs, or analytical projects.

FlexWork Model
