
Sales Representative – Battery

Company Overview
We are a leading global battery manufacturer specializing in lead-acid, lithium battery, and all other battery solutions for electric two/three-wheelers, energy storage systems, and green mobility. As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks in Brazil.
- Promote battery and e-mobility products to local clients (2W/3W, EV, energy storage).
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular market reports to HQ.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects.
- Coordinate with HQ for product training, after-sales support, and marketing initiatives.
- Attend local trade fairs and industry events to expand business presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience (battery, automotive, EV, or energy sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of local distribution channels in Brazil.
- Fluent in Portuguese (native) and English (working proficiency).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in battery, EV, or energy-related industries.
- Experience working with international companies or cross-border trade.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + commission (uncapped).
- Annual performance bonus.
