Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Experiência no processo logístico como planejamento de transportes, faturamento, pagamento, agendamento e/ou acompanhamento de entregas
  • Experiência no gerenciamento e conferência de documentações passiveis de auditoria e laudos de medicamentos
  • Gerenciamento de apontamentos de comportamentos inseguros
  • Acompanhamento e criação de não conformidades de processo
  • Experiência em transações no sistema ERP relacionadas a faturamento, planejamento, faturamento, pagamento, agendamento e/ou acompanhamento de entregas
  • Experiência na extração e análise de relatórios de sistema ERP, pagamentos ou acompanhamento de entregas
  • Experiência em resolução de problemas no fluxo logístico, tais como processo de expedição e recebimento
  • Suporta no lançamento de notas, ocorrências, agendamentos e planejamentos pontuais
  • Desejável facilidade em identificar e implementar melhorias e estratégias de processos de transportes

Habilidades:

  • Conhecimento técnico em logística e cadeia de suprimentos
  • Facilidade em trabalho em equipe

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Médio ou técnico completo;
  • Conhecimento das rotinas do centro de distribuição;
  • Conhecimento dos sistemas ERP e sistemas integrados como GKO

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo;
  • Conhecimento e utilização de ferramentas de melhorias;
