Job Description:

The primary function of this position is to lead process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational performance and customer satisfaction.

As a Process Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects that promote business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop and implement solutions, and measure their effectiveness.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and gather requirements
  • Design, develop, and deploy process improvements using lean principles and best practices
  • Measure and analyze process performance metrics to evaluate the impact of improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
