**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our Global Accounting and Reporting organization. This role will lead multiple aspects of general ledger accounting, assist with the monthly close process, and drive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in month end close activities by ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accurately
- Assist with recording intercompany transactions and own the intercompany clearing process
- Own the tracking, capitalizing, and amortization of developed software costs
- Drive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity
- Reconcile a variety of general ledger accounts according to Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Support with year-end audit and schedule requests of external auditors
- Assist in the documentation and compliance testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
- Ad Hoc projects and analyses

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience required
- Positive demeanor, collaborative, and solution oriented
- Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- **Advanced Excel skills are essential**. Preferred skills include Powerpoint, SAP, Blackline, Tableau, and Power BI.
