Position: Human Resources Generalist Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of the HR function at our João Pessoa office. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing daily HR operations while supporting the development of a strong, people-centered culture. This role plays a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a positive employee experience, and maintaining compliance with Brazilian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Employee Relations

Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a professional and efficient experience at every stage.

Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, performance, and employee relations matters.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with the company's culture and values.

Recruitment & Talent Management

Oversee recruitment and selection for local roles, ensuring high-quality hires and efficient processes.

Partner with managers to forecast staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Support career development and performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

Manage payroll and benefits administration in partnership with finance and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal HR policies.

Monitor attendance, vacation/leave records, and other HR metrics to support accurate reporting.

Oversee office management activities, including contracts, vendor coordination, and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective daily operations.

Culture, Engagement & Development

Organize engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities.

Promote well-being, inclusion, and professional growth among the João Pessoa team.

Contribute to global HR projects, adapting initiatives to the local context.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. HR certification is a plus.

4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and adaptable professional, able to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
