Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Leads the design and execution of talent strategies focused on leadership development, succession planning, talent assessments, and employee engagement. Drives global programs locally, supports strategic workforce planning, and enables data-driven talent decisions. Acts as a key partner to senior leaders, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture
Your Impact
- This role is accountable for leading core processes related to Talent Assessment, including Core People Processes (360, MPW, HOGAN), Mentoring Program, Surveys (OHS, Employee Confidence Index, Exit Survey and contingent surveys and LeAD (PLDC, ELDC, ALDC). Additionally, the Talent Management Manager will also lead process/ programs standardization, Thrive deployment (Inspira & Talent Academies; webinars & workshops according to local/functional needs) and People Capability training on tools & assessments. Manage the budget execution.
 - Lead professional coaching and mentoring programs aligned with career and leadership development needs.
 - Manage analyses and recomentation to apply assessment tools (360º, HOGAN, MPW) to support development and succession decisions.
 - Lead leadership development programs (eg: LeAD: PLDC, ELDC, ALDC; ALP, etc), ensuring global standard application with connect to local and functional needs.
 - Leadership insights reports and succession recommendations, and support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with assessments.
 - Lead Career and leadership development workshops and webinars to connected with our global strategy and local needs.
 - Leads the talent assessment agenda, LeAD and surveys in support of business strategy, balancing global consistency with Sector relevance
 - Develops deep understanding of business and implications for Core People Processes and accountable for supporting in People Planning Process by providing accurate Talent Analytics
 - Leads the Multi - Raters deployment (360, HOGAN, MPW), assuring the tool availability and selection criteria along with advanced results processing that leads to compelling talent insights .
 - Leads OHS Process (Governance, Deployment, Communication, Sector Content, Action Planning) throughout the year while ensuring capability enablement for managers & Local People Partners
 - Responsible for People capability enablement on tools & assessment results administration to guarantee effective implementation & enhance talent decisions; accountable for new processes deployment, communication and implementation (e.g. Exit Survey, MPW, etc).
 - Define relevant communication & deployment strategy, LeAd and Surveys that adequate to the Sector necessities, while being aligned to Global guidelines
 - Identifying ways to improve the Core People Processes, LeAd and OHS while being aligned to the Global Strategy, and leveraging best practices across Sector and PepsiCo
 - Connecting the available results and information that result from the Assessment and Surveys to construct a Storytelling for the Sector of where we are in the Talent Agenda to share within Regional/Global Leaders and inform the Talent Analytics Dashboard
 - Lead Thrive coaching implementation agenda through the sector including participants selection, deployment of coaching sessions, webinars & workshops and vendor administration
 - Support onboarding of new leaders with a focus on cultural integration and performance.
 - Promote talent mobility and cross-functional career paths.
 - Diagnose training needs (TNA) and implement L&D solutions.
 - Promote a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
 - Develop training and engagement programs for frontline employees.
 - Create communication and development frameworks for FL audience.
 - Lead Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) initiatives.
 - Support organizational design projects and development of talent analytics capabilities.
 - Representing the TM OUs in Forums as: Development Programs, LeAd global forums, and Org Health execution calls as well as other meetings/calls as Talent Management Global and Regional Lead (Ad hoc pilots for assessments) while influencing and balancing Sector/Global needs
 - Create and maintain data to inform talent decisions
 - Ad-hoc assessment (group and individual) creation based on OU/Functional needs when these are not covered by Global portfolio
 - Lead initiatives and strategies to encourage and promote the culture agenda: The PepsiCo Way, Smiles, NBI (The Next Big Idea), TPW Quarterly Awards, among others
 - Lead initiatives and strategies to raise the level of commitment among all employees, also taking care of those critical moments during the year that need more attention. This includes team building activities that can bring all teams closer together.
 
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience in the HR field and in Talent Management role.
 - Project management - discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed and initiatives delivered in a timely manner
 - Ability to interpret and integrate quantitative and qualitative feedback, supporting surveying processess
 - Knowledge of Talent Analytics
 - Facilitation skills - small and large group, and executive facilitation
 - Presentation Skills- creating relevant and significative content according to the different Assessments & Surveys Results for Leaders
 - Fluent in Portuguese, advanced English and intermediate Spanish (written, oral and listening).
 - Being able to lead and participate in forums with Senior Leaders and sharing relevant feedback or points of view
