A Posição Será Responsável Por Gerenciar e Revisar Contratos, Lidar Com Questões Societárias e Garantir Conformidade Em Um Ambiente Dinâmico e Em Crescimento Das Empresas Do Grupo IHS No Brasil. Abaixo Segue As Principais Atividades

  • Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos comerciais, de fornecimento, parcerias e outros documentos legais.
  • Fornecer orientação jurídica sobre questões societárias.
  • Gerenciar e mitigar riscos legais associados a operações comerciais e projetos de infraestrutura.
  • Representar a empresa em negociações contratuais.
  • Garantir a conformidade com leis e regulamentos locais.
  • Coordenar  consultores externos e outras partes interessadas para resolver questões jurídicas complexas.
  • Preparar e revisar relatórios e pareceres jurídicos para clientes internos.

Qualificações

  • Graduação em Direito e registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência prática em contratos e direito societário, preferencialmente em empresas de infraestrutura ou telecomunicações.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, com excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação.
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Experiência em Telecomunicações será considerada diferencial.
