Fundada e liderada por um expert de grande prestígio no segmento, a empresa entra agora em uma fase de profissionalização e expansão estratégica, buscando um(a) CRO para liderar Liderar e escalar as operações de receita da empresa — integrando Marketing, Comercial e Financeiro — para garantir crescimento previsível, rentável e sustentável. O CRO será responsável por traduzir a visão do expert e fundador em estratégia, processos e metas que resultem em aumento de receita e eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades

Construir e executar a estratégia de crescimento da empresa, com foco em
dobrar o faturamento até 2026
.

Unificar e otimizar os fluxos entre
Marketing, Vendas e Pós-Venda
, garantindo previsibilidade e escalabilidade.

Gerenciar indicadores de performance (KPIs) e rituais de acompanhamento de resultados, reportando diretamente ao CEO/expert.

Garantir que o posicionamento da marca e os produtos educacionais estejam alinhados à estratégia comercial e às metas de expansão.

Estruturar e liderar o time de revenue, desenvolvendo lideranças intermediárias nas áreas de Marketing, Vendas e Financeiro.

Implementar práticas de
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
para melhorar margens, CAC, LTV e conversões.

Apoiar o planejamento orçamentário e a gestão de P&L, garantindo a saúde financeira do crescimento.

Fomentar uma cultura de performance, responsabilidade e melhoria contínua.

Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada em posições executivas de crescimento (CRO, COO, Diretor Comercial ou de Operações) em empresas de
    educação, infoprodutos, mentorias ou negócios digitais
    .
  • Histórico de
    escalar operações e dobrar faturamento
    , com domínio de funil de vendas, unit economics e processos de growth.
  • Capacidade analítica forte, combinada com visão estratégica e habilidade de execução.
  • Liderança prática, voltada para gestão de times enxutos e multifuncionais.
  • Comunicação clara, foco em resultados e alinhamento com cultura de negócios autorais (expert-driven).
