Temporalidad: 1 año
Localidad: El Salvador, híbrido.
¿Qué harías?
- Desarrollo de estrategias de marketing y promoción para aumentar la visibilidad y las ventas de la marca EGO
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento del presupuesto de pauta, promocionales y activaciones/eventos.
- Coordinación con los equipos locales para asegurar la correcta implementación de las campañas.
- Análisis de datos de ventas y mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora. Creando en los equipos un entendimiento del portafolio en sus diferentes canales.
- Construir los insumos para Business Case, validar y analizar la información para nuevos proyectos.
- Coordinación y gestión de eventos enfocados en Consumidor.
- Construir y cascadear planes estratégicos a los equipos locales, con el objetivo de apoyar e incentivar el crecimiento de la marca.
- Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategia digital con enfoque en Social First
- Soporte en las diferentes etapas dentro del proceso de innovación.
- Asegurar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución del market deployment de los proyectos de innovación o planes de la marca.
¿Qué necesitas para aplicar a la vacante?
Experiencia
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Habilidad en creación de contenido digital y entendimiento de KPI's de Marketing Digital.
- Involucramiento y liderazgo en proyectos que requieran sinergia entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
- De preferencia experiencia con marcas enfocadas a consumidores masculinos, ya sea de styling, moda, futbol, consumo masivo, etc.
