About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Salesforce Implementation to lead a high-performing team of up to 15 Salesforce professionals across the US and LATAM. This leader will be responsible for ensuring excellence in project delivery—including accurate scoping, effective execution, quality governance, and strong client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, proven leadership experience, and strong delivery operations capabilities. This role serves as the operational leader for our Salesforce implementation practice, optimizing processes, supporting the team through coaching and escalation management, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional Salesforce delivery team (consultants, developers, admins, architects, MCAE/MCE specialists).
  • Conduct performance reviews, growth planning, and 1:1s.
  • Manage staffing, resource allocation, and team utilization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MCAE, MCE, and integrations.
  • Conduct recurring project health checks to ensure alignment to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Proactively address risks related to over-burn or under-delivery.
  • Standardize delivery best practices and operational procedures.

Quality & Customer Success

  • Ensure measurable value delivery aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Lead escalations and support complex project decisions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and alignment.
  • Support smooth transitions from sales scoping to delivery execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Enhance project governance frameworks and workflows.
  • Improve visibility of delivery KPIs, utilization, and forecasting.
  • Support hiring planning and practice growth strategies.
  • Establish documentation standards, QA procedures, and delivery tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and service offering evolution.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during engagements.
Requirements

Must Have

  • 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (consulting or end-client).
  • 3+ years managing technical or consulting teams (preferably remote).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MCAE, and MCE.
  • Proven track record managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with resource planning, time tracking, and delivery KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically when needed.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience working for a Salesforce partner or professional services provider.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Wrike.
  • Experience leading teams across US, LATAM, and offshore regions.
