What You'll Do
Brand Growth & Strategic Oversight:

1.Develop and implement strategies to accelerate brand growth within the Keeta platform, aligning with overall business objectives.

2.Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner teams to optimize brand presence and engagement.

Full Funnel Performance Tracking & Optimization:

1.Monitor and analyze the complete customer funnel—from initial exposure to final conversion—across all media channels (in-app and out-of-app).

2.Identify bottlenecks and opportunities at each stage of the funnel to improve overall performance.

3.Design and execute targeted initiatives to enhance exposure and conversion rates.

Media & Traffic Management:

1.Leverage in-app advertising, push notifications, and external media campaigns to increase traffic to brand pages and specific dishes.

Optimize media spend and media mix based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI.

2.Work with technical teams to refine algorithm criteria for dish recommendations and ranking, ensuring high relevance and engagement.

Conversion Rate Improvement:

1.Track and analyze conversion metrics on product pages and throughout the ordering process.

2.Develop plans and solutions focused on increasing conversion rates through testing and promotional strategies.

Competitive Dish & Menu:

1.Regularly monitor competitors' dish prices, promotional activity, and product offerings.

2.Provide insights and recommendations to ensure competitive pricing strategies that maximize sales and profit margins.

3.

Analyze dish composition, pricing, and presentation to identify opportunities for menu optimization.

4.

Fine-tune dishes' descriptions, images, and overall appeal if needed.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

1.Prepare regular reports on platform performance metrics, including exposure, conversion, and competitiveness.

2.Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

What We Need From You
1.Proven experience in e-commerce or platform operations, ideally within food delivery or similar sectors.

2.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tracking tools and analytics.

3.Experience with media planning and digital marketing optimization.

4.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

5.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically under deadlines.
