Our opportunity:

We seek a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as Vice President of Regional Sales and lead a team of dedicated new business account executives covering Brazil. As the VP of Sales, you have a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams that sell to new customers. You possess a strong working knowledge of business processes and applications. You can help your team sell the vision of transformative automation solutions to CXOs at prospect organizations, which deliver quantifiable return on investment. You are comfortable working in partnership with global and regional systems integrators and hyperscalers such as AWS and Google.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid in office 2-3 days per week)

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • As a member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will develop and execute strategies and plans to achieve/exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent to support our ongoing growth and to create and maintain a continuous culture of success and achievement within the team
  • A large majority of your time will be customer-facing, developing relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to ensure the success of your team.
  • You will collaborate with Strategic Partners to approach targeted accounts, develop a pipeline, and deliver joint solutions.
  • Maintaining an accurate and predictable forecast
  • Playing an active role in driving continuous improvement and training around the sales process and our automation solutions in partnership with our Enablement team
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, sales operations, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business initiatives.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • BBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in Enterprise Software sales
  • 5+ years of Enterprise sales leadership, plus if within AI Solutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally in diverse, fast paced environment
  • Experience in presenting complex technology concepts to Senior Executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Have an excellent understanding of technology, especially around process improvement and agentic process automation
  • Combination of earlier stage and later stage software company experience
