Sobre o desafio

Buscamos um Product Designer UX/UI especializado em Figma e com conhecimento em Design Systems, como o Material Design 3 (M3), para atuar como protagonista no redesign de nosso app em produção, seguido pelo sistema web, além do alinhamento do design do site e de todos os elementos presentes na , trazendo unicidade à experiência. Esse profissional será responsável por construir e consolidar nosso Design System, garantindo consistência e handoff eficiente para Flutter. Aqui, valorizamos tanto as hard skills técnicas quanto a compreensão do impacto que o design exerce em nosso propósito de consumo consciente.

Trabalharemos com variáveis para todo o Design System, além de padronização nas camadas dos componentes para assegurar clareza e escalabilidade.

Importante conhecer:

Foundations

  • Material 3 como referência (layout, densidade, espaçamentos, breakpoints).
  • Grids responsivos e breakpoints (mobile/tablet/web).
  • Tokens: cores (light/dark), tipografia (rampa M3), espaçamentos, elevation e shape.
  • Acessibilidade (contraste, áreas de toque, focos/hover/pressed).

Styles & Libs
Consolidar cores, tipografia, ícones (Material Symbols) e motion como estilos/tokens no Figma.

  • Nomeação semântica (ex.: color/brand/primary, type/label/large).
  • Auto Layout, Constraints e componentes com variantes (estado/densidade/tamanho).

Montagem & Prototipagem
Construir telas a partir da biblioteca (sem "soltos").

  • Prototipar fluxos coerentes com M3.
  • Handoff Flutter: specs, tokens exportáveis, medidas, estados.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada em Figma e Design Systems (Material Design 3 preferencial).
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento para múltiplas plataformas (app mobile e web).
  • Familiaridade com handoff para Flutter e práticas de acessibilidade.
  • Paixão por design que promove consumo consciente e impacto social.
