Sobre a Vaga

Buscamos Auxiliares ou Técnicos(as) de Enfermagem com alta disponibilidade e flexibilidade para atuar na cobertura de faltas e necessidades pontuais de cobertura de falta. O profissional será acionado com pouca antecedência para realizar plantões, RECEBERÁ UM VALOR DIFERENCIADO POR ISSO.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Prestar assistência de enfermagem a pacientes de diversas faixas etárias: Adultos, Idosos e Pediatria, conforme a demanda do plantão.
  • Realizar procedimentos de enfermagem (administração de medicamentos, curativos, verificação de sinais vitais, etc.) conforme a prescrição e o protocolo da instituição/paciente.
  • Atuar em diferentes locais da cidade de São Paulo, sendo acionado(a) em cima da hora para saber o local do plantão (DAREMOS PRIORIDADE PARA REGIÃO QUE VOCÊ RESIDE.)
  • Garantir a qualidade e segurança do cuidado prestado.
  • Documentar todas as ações e observações realizadas durante o plantão.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Curso de Auxiliar de Enfermagem ou Técnico de Enfermagem completo.
  • Registro ativo e regularizado no COREN-SP.
  • Imprescindível: Ampla disponibilidade de horário e flexibilidade para aceitar plantões de cobertura com aviso prévio mínimo (acionamento em cima da hora).
  • Experiência prévia no atendimento a pacientes das faixas etárias: adulto, idoso e pediatria (Diferencial).
  • Proatividade, responsabilidade, organização e boa comunicação interpessoal.
  • Fácil acesso a diferentes regiões de São Paulo/SP.

Informações sobre Remuneração

  • Valor do Plantão de 12 horas: R$ 220,00 (Duzentos e Vinte Reais).
  • O pagamento será realizado por plantão de 12 horas concluído

Pagamento: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 por mês
