Your role

In this role, you will have full responsibility for our Engineering and Application Center to support all South American countries. Your objectives involve driving transformation in several key areas of our business:

  • Project Management
  • Mechanical, electrical, and automation designs towards standardized solutions
  • Simulations and digital twins
  • Process optimization and stringent cost & lead time control
  • Streamlining our portfolio
  • Developing new businesses and solutions
  • Accelerating competence development
  • Ensuring close cooperation with other application centers worldwide

  • Experience & Skills:

  • Engineering degree

  • Fluency in English and good proficiency in Spanish
  • Previous experience in project management (PMO)
  • Technical competence to validate designs and solutions
  • Business/commercial acumen
  • Previous experience in automation
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in driving innovation and process improvements
  • Availability to travel, including internationally
