O time de Securities do Gorila precisa de um profissional que seja capaz de operar e desenvolver sistemas robustos para ingestão e processamento de dados do mercado financeiro. O time está passando por um momento de evolução tecnológica, adotando Rust como linguagem principal e explorando oportunidades de integração com IA nos sistemas.

Somos responsáveis por capturar e organizar diversos dados do mercado, realizar cálculos complexos para simulação de ativos e disponibilizar essas informações de forma performática e escalável para outros times da empresa. As expectativas de contribuição para esse cargo incluem:

  • Realizar manutenção e evolução de serviços existentes, garantindo alta disponibilidade e performance;
  • Criar, manter e otimizar ETLs e ferramentas de ingestão de dados do mercado financeiro;
  • Desenvolver novas funcionalidades utilizando TypeScript, Rust e Go;
  • Contribuir com a criação de regras de observabilidade, monitoramento e alertas para garantir a qualidade dos serviços;
  • Colaborar com outros times para disponibilizar dados e APIs de forma eficiente;
  • Participar de decisões técnicas e arquiteturais relacionadas à evolução da plataforma.

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida com TypeScript e desenvolvimento de aplicações backend;
  • Conhecimento avançado em SQL e PostgreSQL;
  • Experiência com git para versionamento e colaboração;
  • Experiência com sistemas de mensageria como Pulsar ou Kafka;
  • Experiência prática com AWS e seus serviços;
  • Experiência com ingestão de dados (rotinas de captura e tempo real);
  • Comunicação proativa, agilidade, forte senso de responsabilidade
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões técnicas com pragmatismo, considerando trade-offs entre complexidade, custo e benefício;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente de alta performance e baixa latência, com rápidas iterações;
  • Capacidade de analisar, navegar e depurar sistemas distribuídos e de alta complexidade, identificando rapidamente causas raiz de problemas e propondo soluções eficazes.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Rust (linguagem principal para novos desenvolvimentos);
  • Conhecimento em Golang e Python;
  • Experiência com Temporal workflows;
  • Experiência com Kubernetes e containerização;
  • Experiência com Elasticsearch;
  • Conhecimentos/Experiências no mercado financeiro.
