THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring an IT Infrastructure Specialist - Modern Work & Cloud to our IT Backoffice team in Brazil - Remote, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
The IT team plays a crucial role in enabling Wellhub's success by maintaining a secure, efficient, and accessible technology environment. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing modern work and cloud solutions, leveraging platforms such as Google Workspace and Azure, with a focus on server infrastructure and the strategic integration of AI.
Your experience, knowledge and attitude will be instrumental in driving our IT engineering initiatives, focusing on developing scalable solutions and fostering an engineering culture within the team, emphasizing automation, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
You will play a critical part in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring seamless access for our global workforce, shaping our IAM strategy, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to support Wellhub's continued growth and success.
YOUR IMPACT
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure and solutions for modern workplaces, with a focus on cloud platforms like Azure, Google Workspace, Intune, Entra ID, etc.
- Proactively lead the development and execution of our cloud strategy with in-depth knowledge of technologies and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices, but most importantly, exploring opportunities for AI integration.
- Drive initiatives aimed at productivity, collaboration, communication, and device management, which include packaging, deploying, and automating applications and software, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to end-users.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our modern work environment, actively implementing and maintaining security measures and policies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions to achieve business results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our global workforce and enabling a seamless operation of the modern workspace infrastructure and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the modern workplace and cloud computing domains, and the application of AI in IT solutions.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have expertise in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions and cloud/server infrastructure.
- You have a solid, in-depth knowledge of cloud computing models, security, and governance, including experience with various platform technologies.
- You are keen to explore and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance user experiences.
- You are proficient in modern workplace technologies, including Azure, Google Workspace, and Intune, with in-depth knowledge of scripting and automation, identity and access management (user lifecycle management), application integration and administration, and security (DLP, BYOD, conditional access, and authentication mechanisms).
- You can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You are a curious problem-solver with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- You are eager to embrace new technologies and stay current with industry trends in modern work, cloud computing, and AI.
- You are a true team player who loves collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
