Descrição da Vaga

Objetivo da Vaga:

Liderar a estratégia e a visão do portfólio de produtos do Grupo Ativos Capital (Brasilfone, Disparo Pro, EasyCDP, Solvefy), atuando como protagonista na unificação da arquitetura em um ecossistema modular e escalável. Deve garantir que a estratégia de Produto esteja alinhada com com nosso objetivo de curto e longo prazo, impulsionando o crescimento de ARPU (Receita Média por Usuário) e NRR (Net Revenue Retention) através de soluções que entreguem VALOR e a melhor experiência para o cliente.

Responsabilidades Chave da Função:

1. Gerar valor incontestável ao Cliente (Mercado Endereçado);

2. Eliminar a fragmentação de marcas e narrativas;

3. Habilitar o modelo de receita recorrente (CPaaS - DisparoPró, SaaS - EasyCDP, PaaS - SolveFy.Cloud):

Requisitos Indispensáveis

Habilidades Técnicas:

1. Experiência em Gestão de Portfólio (Suite/Ecossistema): Capacidade comprovada de gerenciar múltiplos produtos (ex: CPaaS, MarTech, CDP) em diferentes estágios de maturidade (crescimento/introdução).

2. Proficiência em SaaS e PLG: Profundo conhecimento em modelos de negócio Software as a Service (SaaS) e estratégias de Product-Led Growth (PLG).

3. Conhecimento em Marketing e IA: Expertise no mercado de MarTech (Marketing Technology), Customer Data Platforms (CDP) e como aplicar a Inteligência Artificial para gerar valor de negócio.

4. Visão Financeira: Capacidade de analisar métricas de negócio (ARPU, LTV, NRR, Payback) e desenhar modelos de monetização (pricing por uso, add-ons premium) para maximizar a margem.
