We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless product adoption, and driving user satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong client connections, guaranteeing alignment with customer needs Provide prompt and thorough responses to client inquiries and support their issues Keep clients informed on new features and best practices to enhance usage Monitor client engagement and satisfaction to identify upsell and renewal opportunities Lead renewal processes and identify growth opportunities within client accounts Promote excellent client success service and support to ensure high retention rates Requirements: A minimum of one year of experience in client success management Fluency in English Advanced communication skills, enabling the ability to handle challenging client conversations, build trust, and understand client perspectives The capacity to collect, structure, and filter client feedback, and convey this information to stakeholders Hands-on experience with client retention and nurturing relationships with small and medium businesses Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new software Experience working based on KPIs (SLA, CSAT, Retention, Churn, Refunds) and results-oriented execution Benefits: A competitive compensation package, including base salary and bonuses PJ employment with the opportunity to transition to CLT employment later 100% paid sick leave Collaboration with colleagues across various locations, offering opportunities for career advancement Please review our Candidate Privacy Notice before applying.
