2、掌握并了解YouTube和Instagram等平台创作者画像,基于生产者痛点和利益诉求快速有效建立沟通;
3、建立站内用户成长体系,制定激励机制,提升用户活跃度;对接管理创作者机构,解决机构侧内容作者问题;
4、策划用户线下运营活动,打通海外创作者与活动联动模式,扩大优质内容增长。
Requirements:
1、有本地创作者行业资源或从业经验者优先
2、具备一定的用户运营技巧,擅长沟通,对于内容、数据敏感;
3、有较好的逻辑分析能力,跨部门合作和团队协作能力强,执行力强;
4、中文、英语流利,可作为工作语言。
