About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Tools Operations Intern to collaborate with our Tools Operations Lead of CE in managing, optimizing, and maintaining customer service systems and related tools, ensuring system stability and availability, and providing efficient technical support and operational assurance for the customer service team. This role offers exposure to project management, business strategy workshops, and cross-functional collaboration, with potential opportunities for full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee daily maintenance, configuration, and version updates of customer service systems to ensure stable operations.
- Requirement Management: Collect system requirements from CE-Sites, coordinating with product and R&D teams for feature development and optimization.
- Data Analysis: Monitor system performance, analyze usage data, and provide recommendations to improve tool efficiency and user experience.
- Training and Support: Provide system training for the customer service team, develop related manuals and documentation, and offer on-site support when needed.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in
university
(4th-year student majored in Computer/Technology/Engineering preferred). - Native Portuguese
fluency;
professional English proficiency
(written/spoken) for cross-team collaboration. - Strong
cross-departmental coordination skills
, capable of aligning resources to drive tool development. - Proficiency in
Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Miro, Lucidchart) is a plus. - Interest in
service design, UX principles, or business process optimization
