Na Quero Educação, estamos construindo agentes inteligentes para revolucionar o atendimento ao cliente e a experiência dos nossos usuários. Nosso foco está em criar sistemas autônomos, baseados em modelos de linguagem (LLMs), capazes de responder, decidir e agir com naturalidade e segurança.

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Projetar, desenvolver e implantar agentes inteligentes baseados em LLMs
  • Criar fluxos de interação autônoma entre agentes, sistemas internos e usuários finais
  • Integrar os agentes a APIs, sistemas legados e fontes de dados diversas
  • Desenvolver pipelines de treinamento, ajuste fino (fine-tuning) e avaliação de agentes
  • Prototipar e iterar rapidamente com foco em entrega de valor
  • Colaborar com as áreas de produto, engenharia e dados na definição de casos de uso
  • Participar ativamente da evolução da stack de inteligência artificial da Quero

REQUISITOS
  • Experiência com LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic ou similares) e agentes baseados em linguagem
  • Proficiência em Python e experiência com LangChain, LlamaIndex ou ferramentas equivalentes
  • Conhecimento em orquestração de agentes e fluxos multi-etapas (ReAct, ToolUse, AutoGen)
  • Familiaridade com técnicas de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) e engenharia de prompts
  • Conhecimento em processamento de linguagem natural (NLP), embeddings e vetorizadores (OpenAI, Cohere ou similares)
  • Experiência em integração com APIs REST e sistemas externos
  • Vivência com testes, registro de logs e avaliação de qualidade em sistemas de inteligência artificial

DIFERENCIAIS
  • Experiência com sistemas multiagente e pipelines de workflow complexos
  • Conhecimento de frameworks como CrewAI, LangGraph ou AutoGen
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, experiência do cliente (CX) ou automação de processos conversacionais
  • Contribuições para projetos open-source de inteligência artificial
  • Participação em pesquisas ou publicações na área de inteligência artificial aplicada
