Role Summary

As an Agentic Automation Developer, you'll architect and implement autonomous workflows that interact with web interfaces, APIs, and native apps. You'll design modular agents that reason, adapt, and execute tasks across diverse environments—while keeping security, scalability, and user experience at the core.

Responsibilities

  • Develop agentic workflows using browser automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer) and API orchestration
  • Build modular agents capable of reasoning, adapting, and executing tasks across diverse interfaces
  • Design and maintain backend systems using Firestore, serverless functions, and secure RESTful APIs
  • Architect scalable data flows, schema logic, and memory systems for agentic reasoning
  • Implement robust authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant security protocols
  • Prototype cross-device orchestration strategies (desktop, mobile, voice)
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team on UX-side to ensure automation feels intuitive and empowering
  • Monitor and optimize for latency, reliability, and graceful failure recovery
  • Stay current with emerging agentic frameworks, LLM integrations, and automation protocols

Requirements

  • Strong experience with scripting and automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or Rust (bonus for Tauri or WASM familiarity)
  • Backend development experience with NoSQL databases (Firestore preferred), serverless architecture, and API design
  • Understanding of agentic principles: autonomy, modularity, context-awareness
  • Familiarity with cross-platform development and orchestration challenges
  • UX sensitivity and a user-first mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with STT/TTS pipelines, ambient computing, or voice interfaces
