Analista Pleno de CRM Tech - Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

Objetivo do Cargo

Atuar como responsável pela execução técnica de campanhas, jornadas e automações dentro da plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Esse profissional transforma a lógica estratégica aprovada em execução real — com foco em criação de templates, segmentação de audiências, disparos multicanais e manutenção de rotinas automatizadas com confiabilidade técnica e entregabilidade.

Entregáveis Esperados


• Templates (HTML/AMP) montados e validados dentro do SFMC


• Disparos executados com acurácia técnica, em multicanais


• Jornadas e automações criadas e testadas no SFMC (Journey Builder / Automation Studio)


• Integração correta de bases de dados, arquivos e listas de entrada


• Testes A/B aplicados e documentados dentro da plataforma


• Suporte técnico às squads de conteúdo, design e operações

Prerequisites


• Criar e adaptar templates (HTML) diretamente no SFMC, com foco em entregabilidade


• Executar disparos em múltiplos canais com base em segmentações


• Criar e manter jornadas no Journey Builder, configurando automações e delays


• Realizar testes técnicos e garantir que todas as campanhas estejam 100% funcionais


• Realizar integrações e uploads de dados (arquivos, listas, Data Extensions)


• Trabalhar em parceria com o time de CRM Estratégico e Operações para viabilizar as execuções


• Documentar execuções e propor melhorias técnicas na operação
