Job Objective:

Provide operational and administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring the proper recording, control, and follow-up of financial operations related to clinical research projects and clinical trials, in accordance with internal policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and control of budgets for clinical projects.
  • Record and track income and expenses by site, study, or sponsor.
  • Coordinate and verify payments to investigators, clinical sites, vendors, and study personnel.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Generate regular financial reports for management and sponsors (Cash Flow, study-specific income statements, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Department on the financial follow-up of agreements with sponsors and CROs.
  • Support internal and external audits (financial and regulatory).
  • Maintain updated financial files and document backups in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations.
  • Participate in the improvement of internal financial and administrative processes.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research sectors.
  • Experience managing project budgets, expense control, and sponsor relations is desirable.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to clinical trials is a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
