Sales & Live Commerce Representative
We are looking for someone communicative, proactive, and confident to join the commercial team at Nativa Gems.
We are a Brazilian company specialized in selling gemstones and jewelry to the international market, with clients mainly in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Our main sales channel is Instagram, where we host weekly live sales and maintain direct contact with buyers around the world.
This role involves presenting products live in English during our Instagram sales, assisting international clients via DM, organizing orders, and collaborating with the team to reach sales goals.
You will be part of a dynamic and strategic department focused on Instagram, where tasks are shared among the team and innovation is always encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Present weekly live sales on Instagram in English
- Assist clients via DM and maintain strong relationships
- Close sales using Excel spreadsheets and provide post-sale support
- Reach out to potential clients via Instagram
- Keep sold products organized and up to date
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and ease in front of the camera
- Organization, accountability, and a growth mindset
- Experience with sales and targets is a plus
Additional Information
- Workload: 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday, in-person in Porto Alegre (hours may vary on Live Sale days)
- Employment type: CLT
- Salary: R$2,500 + commission
- Transportation allowance and health insurance included
- Possibility of participating in trade shows and international travel, depending on employee performance and the company's strategic plans.
