Cargo: Art Director & Motion Designer

Posição que exige uma visão criativa e estratégica, com habilidade para traduzir objetivos de marca em conteúdos engajadores e propor insights relevantes.

É imprescindível fluência em inglês e domínio avançado de design e direção de arte, dentro de um workflow voltado a conteúdo social first — com entendimento profundo das plataformas digitais e suas linguagens.

Atribuições da posição

  • Responsável pelo aspecto visual dos conteúdos de always-on e projetos especiais, respeitando os guidelines de marca;
  • Criar, editar e animar vídeos e realizar sonorização de áudios;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com perfis criativos na criação de estratégias de conteúdo;
  • Participar de brainstorms e contribuir com ideias criativas para social media;
  • Transformar conceitos desenvolvidos em conjunto com o time em peças criativas para redes sociais;
  • Explorar soluções inovadoras e não óbvias, que desafiem o cliente e a categoria;
  • Garantir consistência e qualidade nas entregas;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento estratégico e criativo de calendários, campanhas e projetos;
  • Contribuir com o planejamento, oferecendo referências e tendências de mercado;
  • Analisar dados e insights para propor soluções criativas embasadas;
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes e apresentações de trabalhos, quando necessário;
  • Acompanhar captações, eventos e coberturas;
  • Ter disponibilidade para reuniões ou iniciativas pontuais fora do horário comercial;
