Your Role
We are looking for a Client Support & Relationship Specialist to join our team based in Brazil, supporting our clients across Latin America, with a primary focus on the Brazilian market. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver high-quality first- and second-level business support and first-level technical support to our clients. In addition, the position will work closely with the Latin America Sales team, maintaining and strengthening client relationships by assisting in account management activities for selected clients. This hybrid role combines client service excellence with a consultative approach, ensuring both the smooth operation of our platform and a superior client experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level business support and first-level technical support for customer queries via email, phone, and other communication channels related to our trading platform
- Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering relationships and promoting high levels of satisfaction and engagement
- Conduct client training sessions (buy-side and sell-side) on platform functionalities, product offerings, and best practices, with a focus on FX market workflows
- Support daily operational and business needs of clients while collaborating closely with the LatAm Sales team on account management initiatives
- Help manage and monitor selected client accounts, providing proactive service and ensuring client retention
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Product, IT) to advocate for client needs and to ensure a coordinated approach to client service
- Monitor pricing quality from liquidity providers and assist in troubleshooting execution issues
- Document client interactions and case management activities accurately in CRM systems (Freshdesk, Jira)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the local FX and financial markets, with at least 5 years of experience in client services, trading support, or account management in financial services
- Demonstrated ability to deliver client training and support, especially to financial institutions (corporates and banks)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-functional environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive and client-centric approach
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM tools (Freshdesk, Jira) is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory)
Our Offer
The base salary range for this position is 60, ,000 USD. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's experience and qualifications.
