General Contractor Site Supervisor Bosnia (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection / I

This Job is located in Tusnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Contractor/Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications. This role involves supervision of subcontractors, site logistics, and reporting to site management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Participate in site meetings and communicate updates to the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or renewable energy projects.
  • Secondary school, technical field – construction;
  • Technical capability/skills to perform construction supervision activities on a general construction works;
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, construction machineries and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
