THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing engagement Analyst to our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo

This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients. As a WE analyst in this position, you are expected to support the planning team in the construction and execution of proposed actions for Mid Market account clients. Understanding client profile together with sales, client success, partners and client internal communication department. This position will work closely to enable and deliver customer engagement actions. YOUR IMPACT
Very close contact with the planning, client success and partners team.Direct support in the execution of actions for Mid Market, clients with up to 10 thousand employees.Responsible for enabling actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers.Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolioResponsible for updating the portfolio's budget

Intermediate English;Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides) - JIRA, ZOOM (is a plus)Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus)Resilience to work in an fast paced environment with changes and different scenariosAble to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast paceGood writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinarsProjects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystemOwner mentality and proactivity is key for this roleCreative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution.
