The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the LATAM Regional Marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives across Latin America. This role will focus on indirect sales channels and specific product lines such as Discovery Medical and Bioprocess Filtration, contributing to brand consistency, campaign performance, and distributor engagement. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies, acting as a key liaison between regional and global stakeholders.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, LATAM Regional Marketing and is part of the LATAM Marketing team located in São Paulo. This will be an on-site role (minimum 3 days/week).
What you will do:
- Execute marketing strategies for indirect sales channels, including distributor engagement, brand compliance, and campaign activation.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives across LATAM, including paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and social media, in collaboration with external agencies.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, such as congresses and corporate meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including funnel addition, MQLs, campaign engagement, and distributor performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Services, Product, and Global Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Publicity, Administration or Healthcare/Life Sciences related fields.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of strategic marketing planning and execution, especially for indirect channels.
- Experience with event planning and execution, including congresses and corporate events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts (SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel across Brazil and internationally to other countries in Latin America to support congresses, distributor events, and internal meetings.
- Estimated travel: ~25% of the time.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Managing external agencies and coordinating multilingual campaigns (in Portuguese and Spanish).
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma sectors.
