Overview
The apprentice will support Research and Development activities, assisting with administrative routines, organizing technical information, and supporting innovation and testing processes, always under the supervision and guidance of the responsible team.
Responsibilities
- Organization of technical documents and project reports o Assist in digitizing, classifying, and archiving data related to R&D projects.
- Support in collecting and recording experimental data o Assist in completing spreadsheets with test results and trials performed by the technical team.
- Basic research of technical and scientific references o Perform simple searches for articles, patents, and technical information to support new projects.
- Control of laboratory materials and supplies o Assist in inventory control and ordering materials used in tests and experiments.
- Support in innovation presentations and reports o Assist in preparing presentations, graphs, and summaries used in department meetings.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in college (desirable)
- Interest in science, technology, and innovation
- Organization and attention to detail
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge (Office Suite)
