Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within our Live Casino division, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects that enable the growth and continuous improvement of our live casino operations. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and driving delivery in technically demanding environments.

You will work closely with IT, Audio Visual (AV), studio operations, engineering, procurement, and product teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your proven ability to manage risk, align stakeholders, and oversee financial planning will be critical to the role. A strong technical understanding of IT systems and AV setups will allow you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the live casino environment, ensuring objectives are consistently achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish clear project plans, governance structures, and delivery frameworks, ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with IT, AV, and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions are implemented effectively and align with business requirements.
  • Liaise closely with the Procurement team to ensure equipment and services are acquired in line with project needs and timelines.
  • Take ownership of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring project continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by providing clear communication, progress reporting, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards across all projects.
  • Apply lessons learned and best practices from past projects to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes across the department.
  • Act as a trusted project manager, building confidence with senior stakeholders through consistent and proven delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, with a strong record of delivering complex, cross-departmental, and technically demanding projects.
  • Formal project management qualifications are mandatory (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects involving both technical and operational components.
  • Solid technical understanding of IT systems and AV equipment (e.g., networking, broadcasting, studio setups), with the ability to effectively challenge, guide, and collaborate with technical experts.
  • Proven experience in project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with proven risk management and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
