Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Audience Strategy Implementation Support local teams in defining and executing audience and Influencer Tribes strategies. Collaborate with local/regional PM & PI leads and adapt global/regional frameworks. Coordinate with E-commerce to align full-funnel audience strategies. Stay up to date on digital targeting trends, lead learning agendas, define testing hypotheses, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Consumer Journey Management Help local teams build consumer journeys using available data. Define funnel-stage conversion points based on campaign goals. Share learnings and best practices to enhance conversion across all touchpoints.
  • 1st-Party Data (1PD) Strategy Support regional/local teams in implementing best practices for product/category data. Evaluate owned digital platforms and analytics tools (e.g., GA) to improve data collection. Assist with compliant collection of non-PII first-party data.
  • Data-Driven Insights Analyze digital channel performance (web, social, video, programmatic, influencer) to ensure seamless journeys. Use granular and standard data to derive consumer insights and optimize future campaigns. Address sensitive issues (e.g., fraud, inventory quality), measure impact on brand/sales lift, and align tribe insights with PI Lead. Partner with E-commerce on full-funnel audience performance.
  • Collaboration with Agencies & Internal Teams Ensure smooth data flow between analytics tools and DSPs. Facilitate proper usage of 1P data for audience creation. Guide agencies in applying precision marketing frameworks in media planning.

Seu Perfil

Requirements
Ideal Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Data & Analytics.
  • Background in the CPG industry with a track record in digital media roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (GA360, DV360, CM, Retailer data).
  • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, optimization, and dashboarding.
  • Deep knowledge of 1st-party data use in targeting and media activation.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, journey optimization, and conversion modeling.
  • Proficient with ad-tech ecosystem tools and how to optimize workstreams and campaign performance.
